If you come on board for this tour I will send through a full list of conditions, inclusions, exclusions, etc, but in a nutshell the pertinent ones are –

• It is a requirement to have travel insurance prior to and for the duration of this tour. This is at your expense.
• The price DOES NOT include airfares, airport transfers, lunch or drinks. 
• I strongly recommend you fly into Svolvaer and out of Leknes. This will allow us to pick you up and drop you off at the respective airport. It is generally best to fly into Oslo, the capital of Norway. From there you fly up to Bodo. You will then need to change to a Wideroe flight from Bodo to Svolvaer. For departure you will fly from Leknes to Bodo and then connect to your flight back to Oslo. WARNING – the Wideroe flights fill months in advance. My VERY STRONG recommendation is to book a fully flexible fare as soon you can, even if this is 5 to 6 months away. The fully flexible fare can be changed or cancelled with little to no cost should things change. If you leave your booking to 1 or 2 months before travel, it’s highly likely there will be no seats left and there are very few other options available. Bookings from Oslo to Bodo with SAS are generally more readily available. There are other options via Trondhiem or Tromso if you wish but almost all require you to transit via Bodo at some point. I’ll advise you further on this when booking. I’d recommend you arrive a few days earlier (Oslo is an awesome city to visit) to recover from your jetlag. There is an 11 hour time difference between Australia and Norway.
• A $1000 AUD deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirming. The balance in full is required 6 weeks before departure.
• If you cancel more than 6 weeks prior to the tour – Full refund
• If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the tour, I will re-advertise the position on the tour and if a replacement is found – full refund. If no replacement is found then NO REFUND is given. If I can rebook accommodation and cancel meals that reduces the overall cost then I will refund what I can, otherwise this is the purpose of the Travel Insurance. Please understand that this is a small group tour and this policy is necessary to give certainty to other group members.
• If I cancel the tour – Full Refund or we try again later. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside my reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs.
• The price does include all accommodation in your own bedroom, Breakfast and Dinner, Car/Van Hire/Fuel and Park fees.
• Due to the nature of landscape photography, a medium level of fitness and mobility are necessary. The vast majority of our short walks are relatively easy but there may be a need for some “boulder hopping” at various coastal locations. Snow and ice is likely and can be extremely slippery. I’d recommend purchasing ice spikes which easily slip over your normal shoes. They are best purchased in Norway and I can arrange this if you wish.
• I will record a confidential list of any relevant medical condition or medications that apply to you in case you need urgent medical attention during the tour. This will allow me to pass on relevant and critical information to medical authorities or practitioners if you are unable. This list will be destroyed at the completion of the tour.
